- A combination of vitamins A, D3, and K2, which are essential for bone health in both men and women. Recommended for at-risk populations including those diagnosed with osteoporosis, vitamin deficiencies, current fractures, or the elderly. Useful for healthy bones, calcium absorption, gut health, cardiovascular health, and immune health.
- Vitamin A plays a role in skeletal development and bone remodeling.
- Vitamin D is an essential component of overall bone health. Deficiency in vitamin D may lead to loss of bone mineralization. Daily supplementation is often recommended, especially for at-risk populationsincluding those with deficiency and the elderly.
- Vitamin K helps to support bone quality and strength. Also, vitamin K and D provided greater benefits when taken together.

Iron+ – $10

- Ferrochel is an iron amino acid compound with an absoprtion rate of approximately twice that of ferrous sulfate. It is more easily absorbed and associated with fewer complaints of abdominal pain, constipation, and nausea compared to ferrous sulfate.

- Methyl Factors+ is a combination of nutrients that support methylation, a naturally occurring process that helps to maintain the body’s homocysteine levels. This process significantly affects regulation of the cardiovascular, reproductive, and neurological systems. Elevated homocysteine levels increases the risk for developing cardiovascular disorders, osteoporosis, and neurodegenerative disorders. Methyl Factors+ is a combination of riboflavin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, and betaine in the most bioavailable forms.
- Riboflavin, or vitamin B2, plays a role in multiple processes including energy, cellular function, and vitamin metabolism. Riboflavin must be obtained through diet through sources like meat, milk, and green vegetables.
- Vitamin B6 is dependent upon riboflavin for activation. B6 is especially beneficial for patients with the MTHFR mutation. Positive effects on homocysteine levels are most pronounced with used in combination with riboflavin, B12, and folate.
- Folate, vitamin B9, plays a key role in maintaining appropriate levels of homocysteine.
- Vitamin B12, cobalamin, is also essential for maintaining appropriate levels of homocysteine. Low levels of vitamin B12 may cause megaloblastic anemia or abnormal neurological symptoms.
